We ensure our customers a trouble-free experience, excellent service, and 100% customer satisfaction. Below is our streamlined installation process.
Step 1. Call: The project starts with you contacting us about your roofing project.  We’ll gather pertinent information over the phone, and then one of our estimators will make an appointment for an on-site visit.
Step 2. On-site visit: One of our roofing experts will visit your property to evaluate the scope of work.
Step 3. Estimate: After a thorough examination of your project, our estimator will provide you with a complete, detailed written proposal including warranty information for your consideration. Don’t worry — your estimate is FREE!
Step 4. The job begins – Delivery and removal: On the day we begin roofing your home, all materials will be delivered by one of our crew. At this time, our roofing crew will begin removing your old roof, down to the plywood. When we replace your roof, we take care to remove all old shingles and felt paper to give your new roof a solid, new and clean foundation to lay on. A thorough inspection of the wood decking is completed. Any soft, wet or rotted wood will be replaced to create a solid base for your roofing structure. This is very important because only when you have a solid base will your shingles stay intact.
Step 5. Preparing for installation: After inspecting the deck, next, it has to be prepared for the shingles. That means laying down drip edge along the eaves, flashing around chimneys and vents or in roof valleys as needed, and heavy-duty roofing felt (underlayment) over the entire roof deck.
Step 6. Roof installation: When the base is ready, we start laying out the new roofing material, working from the bottom up, followed by step and/or counter flashing, ridge vents, and ridge capping installation, as needed.
Step 7. Cleanup: Our work is not done yet! Once our work is complete and your roof is installed, we do a final inspection of your entire property for fallen trash, shingles and nails. We make sure to clean the mess left behind so that all you have to do is relax under your newly installed roof.
Step 8. Final Inspection: Each roofing replacement project includes a meticulously performed, post-roofing inspection. We want to make sure that your roof replacement is done correctly and that it meets with your complete satisfaction.

Have you found shingles laying in your yard or seen leaks or water spots on your ceiling? If you answered yes to either of these questions you then ask yourself, what are the solutions to these problems? The solutions can vary and that’s when you make a decision to repair or replace the roof. Before you make that decision, there are factors you need to consider. Knowing how old your roof is, how long you plan on staying in your home and can your budget support a full replacement?

Should I Have My Roof Repaired

Repairing your roof is going to be the most cost-effective way to take care of any problems you are having. These repairs can extend the life of an older roof and get you through until it’s time to tear off your old one and replace it with a new one.

Should I Have My Roof Replaced

When you should replace your roof depends on several factors, such as the wear and age, the quality of the installation, and your home’s vulnerability to damage in the future. The joy you get out of your roof is the peace of mind knowing that your home is protected from the elements and that you have a solid foundation over your head. And, as was stated earlier, it does add 40% to your home’s curb appeal.

What Should I Do Next?

  1. One of the most important things you need to do is research. Educate yourself so you know what the roofing contractor will be explaining to you so you can ask the appropriate questions.
  2. Get a Second Opinion. If you are told you need a roof replacement, call a second company to come out and inspect your roof. Go with the company that has a proven track record of quality workmanship, who is giving you honest answers and educating you, so you know what you are getting for the cost of the replacement.

Materials, workmanship and weather conditions can determine the lifespan of your roof. Many roofs last longer than 15 years, while others can last 50 years or longer, barring any catastrophe. Read on and learn how long varying types of shingles are likely to last so you can judge the lifespan of your roof.

  • Asphalt shingles can last 15 to 30 years and are the most common roofing material sold because they are affordable and include great manufacturers warranties.
  • Wood shingles (also called shakes) can last up to 30 years but requires annual upkeep.
  • Clay tile roofs are durable and low-maintenance and can easily last 50 years or longer.
  • Metal roofs are attractive and durable and can last up to 70 years. When it comes to metal roofing, quality relates to thickness which affects its durability. The thicker the metal the more durable the roof will be.
  • Slate Tile roofing can retain its structural integrity and beauty from 50 years to a lifetime.
  • Composite Roofs and tiles are made to resemble natural slate tiles and cedar shakes. Composite tiles are strong, lightweight and with proper installation can last 30 – 50 years.

Extending the lifespan of your residential roof starts with maintenance. Just as you keep up with regular maintenance on your car, you need to keep up with proper maintenance for your property. Schedule regular roof inspections to identify any weak areas or damaged shingles and flashing. Take care of repairs as soon as possible to ensure that the damage doesn’t worsen. If properly maintained, your commercial roof can last well beyond the expected lifespan.
